​McKinsey Design led an effort with a global heavy vehicle OEM to discover what future electrification landscape can enable HD-BEV transport for its key customers.

​Using a sprint-based format, steeped in customer and fleet-data insight, we co-created with stakeholders and customers to define primary use cases for electrified transport, charging solutions and components needed and an ecosystem-view of the future electrified trucking future.
