Context & Impact

Context

In the context of electrification and new emerging needs across the transportation lifecycle, we were asked to define how heavy transport operations are changing with the introduction of BEVs (Battery Electric Vehicles).

With an increased industry focus on customer experience, together with a growing demand for sustainable transportation systems, an OEM within the transportation industry was shifting to a completely new reality.
